An ancient prayer…

For it naively sank to the moon, &
His love stood awake of his return, &
She sang a song to the blue skies
O Lord, Guard my guardian
For his craft is full of Gold
Send him a guardian angel
For us to live in love forever
The dark holes poured packed
For its fiery wrecked the yacht, &
the gale rushed upon the waves, &
pushed him away from the craft
O Lord, Guard my guardian
For his craft is full of Gold…
Make his sail smooth & sane
For us to live in eternal ecstasy
And whilst she recites the mantra,
ferry full of Gold sank to the west, &
Crossed the silver sea in vain, &
Went astray with all the glitzy gold…
